From our Harrisburg, SD headquarters, our staff of certified and licensed engineers, designers, and installers provide complete services including design, installation, support, and maintenance.
Our team has experience in the installation of advanced systems in homes, businesses, and large institutions including churches, universities, MDUs, and hospitals.
Tyler DeNeui
President & CEO, Owner
Leading the Business Development efforts, Tyler develops long lasting relationships with customers to make sure each one is treated like family. Tyler knows the needs and goals of each customer individually and spends much of his time understanding how the customer wants to grow in the future. He develops a plan and vision with the customer, so each project progresses them closer to their
long-term goals.
Tyler has 20+ years’ experience in designing Pro Audio, Video, Lighting, Security, Communication, Networking, and Broadcast solutions. He graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering.
Adam Hatle
Vice President of Technology, Owner
Leading the Engineering efforts for Verum, Adam approaches everything with a calculated view. His ingenuity and technical aptitude knows no bounds. Governed by logic and creativity, Adam possesses unique troubleshooting capabilities that often “defy the norm” and lead to one-of-a-kind solutions. He believes all problems have a logical solution and is motivated by answers.
Adam has 20+ years’ experience solving unique technology problems. He graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering.
Marc Satter
Vice President of Sales, Service & Marketing, Owner
Leading the Sales, Service & Marketing efforts for Verum, Marc sees the world in full spectrum. His young spirit and highly motivated drive often finds him leading the charge in to new frontiers. Marc believes there are no barriers in the world of technology and all it needs is a bit of creative thinking. He understands the end goal of each project and maps out a path for success.
Marc has 10+ years’ experience in the Professional A/V space. He graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering with Minors in Business, Marketing & Economics

Our Story
In the year 2000, a few friends including Tyler DeNeui and Adam Hatle set out to assist their church in updating what was then a substantially dated and failing assembly of equipment. After engineering and installing new technology equipment, the group quickly realized they were called to serve others utilizing their passion for technology. This passion continued to blossom and formed into J.A.T. Professional LLP. The business continued to flourish and became a trusted and respected name in the technology integration market.
In 2017, J.A.T. Professional underwent a structural change, becoming Verum Technologies and adding Marc Satter into the ownership group. This transformation was commenced to focus on changing the way business is done in the world of technology integration. The company’s growth has continued to be exponential and has led to a new headquarters. This new location was opened complete with retail, meeting, office and shop space supporting the company’s growth in to what is now a nationwide project base
